MONTGOMERY — High School football programs across the River Region gathered at Garrett Coliseum for the Prep Media Day kicking off the 2024 football season.
The first session hosted five Montgomery-area schools in Carver, Pike Road, Percy Julian, Park Crossing and JAG. Here are some of the biggest takeaways we got from Tuesdays media day.
Pike Road’s mantra heading into 2024
Connection over perfection is what coach Granger Shook is preaching to this 2024 Pike Road team. After being one win away from a state title appearance a season ago, he is using that mantra to build up the foundation for this upcoming year.
